My Windowsill

It's been a while since I've updated the photoblog. I got caught up with making sure I could graduate from college, and it's taken me a little time to get back into the habit of carrying my camera everywhere with me.

This is a shot taken in my old on-campus apartment. It's my second sort-of self portrait posted on this photoblog, showing one of the things I'm going to miss most - just being able to sit on my windowsill, sipping some tea and reading while looking out at the most killer view of any apartment I will ever have. I rather like this shot. I first processed it about two months ago with the intention of posting it on or about the day I graduated, but things slipped. Today I rewrote the original curves a little.

I'm going to renew my efforts to post something every day. I honestly don't know how some people do it. For the next week or so I'll be posting a backlog of pictures taken during May and June, and then some late shots from the Pride march this past Sunday, which will then be a week later than everyone else has posted them.. oh well..
